Miracles abound for all species

The posts of recent days cause goose bumps, so much positive change. The filly, Gypsy O, is a wondrous addition to your ranch family, and the story behind it: The resistant energies softening and uniting to render kindness and care (I wonder what happened to Mama horse....). Nadj, you sound as if the Universe opened up and asked what you needed and delivered all in one breath!

I've been watching a lot of documentaries lately, mostly of the creative time of the 60s and 70s, when the keepers of the beat just hung with each other, whether it was teenagers and young adults hanging with their tribe, or the mind-blowing musicians, poets, writers, and their entourages hanging with each other. That's how creativity found manifestation. That period seeded the magnificent changes upon us now. Granted, many times they were blasted out of their minds on drugs, and sometimes died well before we'd expect, leaving a legacy and foundation for the paradigm shift of today.

Lately, I feel myself leaning more into creative pleasurable activities, reading French novels, playing the piano, and now singing. Although the practical circumstances of my life haven't quite caught up, the joy from the activities gives me a point of reference of what I want to allow and invite into my life on a much more regular basis. Good times for us all this weekend. Wonderful sharing and uplifting energy to prepare my spirit for tomorrow's adventure with llama toenail trimming and wool shearing!

THE MILAGRO HORSE

Hi everyone!! I want to share a sweet story:

Last summer Fito was cruising the high mountains when he came upon a wild horse that had just giving birth to a filly. For several week-ends, Fito would cruise up there and check on them. On one of his visits, he noticed that the momma horse was not with the baby. He decided to go up each day. He saw the filly with the Mustangs but still no momma. As it became winter, he went up as often as he could and would see the filly. This past week-end he decided he wanted to catch the filly. He asked if he could bring her here to the ranch. I immediately said yes which led to a debate with the others gathered here. Most of the ranchers in this area are firmly opposed to the wild horses, stating they eat off the fields that are suppose to be for the cattle BUT what they have forgotten is the wild horses were here first! Finally, it was decided Fito would go to the high mountains, if he saw the filly, they would come saddle the horses and try to catch her. Of course, everyone but Fito and I, were hoping they wouldn't see the filly. Well, the Universe has ways to teach us how to give beyond what we think... They saw the filly, came back saddled up the horses and went to get her. Fito told me it was so easy to catch her. She is a pretty little thing with a large heart shaped spot on her face. It was a blessing to see these hardened ranchers touched by the rescuing of this little horse.

Moral of the story: Even the most hardened heart and positioned mind can be part of a miracle

Life is beautiful!

How wonderful when people finally let go of the past and start living the present.
I have to say that after many years of trying to do so, I finally did it. I am moving forward with new endeavors and amazingly I am living proof that all we need to have things come to reality is the mere effect of action. Action equals results. In a matter of days I have been able to reconnect with friends that at one time we were all at the same level and now most of them have extended their hands to me to help me move forward and achieve goals. My mission at this time is to inform people that there are options available to those facing the possible loss of their security: their homes. Once I put it out to the universe and after a couple of phone calls the gates are open. I know and I feel in my heart that everything that my family and I went through the past couple of years has ended. The blessings are here. Never give up and leave the past where it belongs. ANGELS IN DISGUISE

I went to the doctor the other day and we were commiserating about all the snow we have been getting. Knowing she lived on a ranch, I asked her how she handled feeding the animals, etc. Paula told me this beautiful story:

Paula told me that one evening while she was driving home, she was thinking how nice it would be if she had help at the ranch. She got home from work very tired, she realized she still needed to chop wood, feed the animals and start a fire. As she got out of her car a young man approached her asking if she needed help around the ranch. She said yes I do. He asked can we do a trade, I'll do the ranch work and whatever else needs doing. I need a place to live and food to eat. So they worked out an agreement. The next evening when she got home from work, the young man had his brother with him. He asked if he could also stay and help around the ranch. Yes she told him. Paula entered her house to see it cleaned, fire in the wood stove. They told her the animals were fed and watered. That evening while doing her prayers, Paula gave thanks for the Angels in disguise. She calls them Angels in baggy pants!

Angels come in many shapes and sizes. They no longer wear their wings on the outside. So keep a look-out, you never know when one is trying to help you.

What a great story you shared Nadj! It has also been my experience when we remove the need to focus on the negatives in our lives, unexpected gifts arrive. You felt moved to help your friend during a challenging time in her life, gifting her with the video and you yourself received a gift. Now that is what the world needs to remember...

How wonderful!!!

How amazing it is when one makes a decision of putting to action our inner desires. Today I heard this man say that when one's put themselves out in the universe to help someone practically by osmosis the return is unreal. When you help someone whether it is giving techniques or ideas on how to improve their lives then your business and/or life improves. I call it blessing...when God places an individual in our path specially at a time when we need them the most I am convinced that God has a blessing for the person willing to extend their hand and guide you.

God has put many people throughout my life at my lowest points and I've been lucky enough to witness the unfolding of amazing blessings.
People give, whether is a shoulder to cry on or just to listen , believe you will feel a sense of accomplishment.
An example of that is that not long ago a friend of mine that I haven't seen in over 25 years out of the blue called me up and to my surprise she was in tears due to some serious family issues, after my brief conversation with her I felt a need to do something to cheer her up, so I created a video of her family and reminded her not to focus on the negative but to realize that the best is yet to come. When she watched that video she called me again crying but this time out of happiness and gratitude for taking the time of doing so.
My blessing in this case : I was able to put a smile and comfort a friend in such difficult times and that my friends is my motto: smile the answer to everything.

Gatekeeper of the Sub-Conscious

Hey there sister Nadj, how's the beautiful Isla de Encanto? Are you ready to trade out for a few months?

You are absolutely right that ones heart must connect with all intentions. The secrets to The Secret is: when one sets an intention(conscious) one must connect with the heart(emotions) AND one must by-pass the Critical Factor a/k/a Gatekeeper of the sub-conscious. Those are the primary ingredients that need to be blended prior to the real cooking (energy/action) on ones intention. The sub-conscious mind is like a computer where everything is stored; good memories, bad memories, ugly memories, negative/positive imprints(programming). The job of the Gatekeeper is to keep the status quo which translates into: if the sub-conscious has been programmed with non-empowering imprints, the Gatekeeper will automatically reject anything that challenges those beliefs even at the risk of hurting us! So, it is very important to get the Gatekeeper on your side in order to fully operate on an empowered level. There are different modalities that one can use, to neutralize the Gatekeepers' fear of change.

Positive Attitude

throughout the years I have listened and watched motivational speakers telling people " Yes you can" and all that is fine and dandy but to me the secret is the following:
One will only be able to move forward when the mind and the heart is in alignment. Otherwise one can say all they want " yes I can', Yes I will, but their hearts tells them otherwise. If one individual is set for creating wealth in many aspects of their lives , pleaseeee begin feeling it in your heart because if one doesn't believe it down deep in the heart, then it will react or result in the opposite of what the intent was.
Girls out there, I'll leave you with: " You got to feel it in your heart" and then it will become a reality.

Intending to forgive, stars as characters in the play

Forgiving both myself and others, bathing myself and others in love, laughing at the comical situations in which I find myself, holding myself gently as the best friend at my side at all times--this is how I navigate the path of healing. And sometimes the going is rough, where no simple formula unfolds, and the intention sees me through. For me, it is important to allow the challenging times, the time of tears, and not nudge myself for not being more upbeat. Feelings can change in an instant. For me, sometimes intending to forgive is as good as it gets. And then one day I have forgiven.

The celestial skies provide only influences in a life, the way parents, friends, children, colleagues may influence our choices. As in all of creation, the stars, planets, and asteroids interact with us to cocreate our experience of life. They all move at different speeds and all had a specific position when we were born in relation to where we were born. As they continue to transit the sky after our birth, they position themselves at various angles to the positions of the heavenly bodies at the time and place we were born.

What we derive from the knowledge of these transits depends a lot on how we view the world and the significance we place on the cast of characters, which includes everything, great and small. Humans have given the stars emotional and physical significance since the beginning of time and story. This significance has crossed cultures and directed the activities of many powerful societies, both ancient and modern. For me, I am awed by what the stars share. I don't use them so much as to divine what may occur, but to be aware of the strengths and influences in my life at any given moment. Free will is at play, but I can decide whether I want to draw on the allies in the skies and those on the desert where we live.

Grace of Self Forgiveness

Howdy Ladies!!! Did all of us overdo on the chocolat and then tell ourselves that it was the loving thing to do? I so enjoy Holidays especially when I use them as an entree into indulgence...

Very interesting info on the celestial skies. I do not know much about astrology other than the basics. I would enjoy an explanation in easy to understand language?

When people come to me about situations/illness in their lives, one of their questions is about forgiveness. They tell me they have forgiven those that harmed/hurt them. But still their lives are stuck, still the same patterns. They say "I thought forgiving others would set me free". Sometimes it is as easy as that but most times it is about forgiving ourselves. I know, I know, why would we need to forgive ourselves for illness, abuse, scarcity, pain. Somewhere deep in the basement of our minds, we hold ourselves not good enough, loving enough, ___ enough and as a result of that basement thinking we assume responsibility in a mutated way that translates into we must suffer, we did something to deserve pain,illness, etc. When the process of forgiving ourselves is intact, healing takes place and we no longer put ourselves or attract anything that diminishes us.

Forgiveness of the unfathomable

Glorious New Moon for us all, and a rare event with seven powerhouses of planets clustered so close together. With Neptune, Chiron, and the New Moon exactly conjoined, we have celestial support to make the changes both collectively and personally. Chiron, the horse, the wounded healer, can help us to release the fears that keep us struggling, and embrace what encourages us to thrive.

What you say about forgiveness is key to the release. And yes, we do often take on the feelings and experiences of others, life's fabric that may not have been spun by us personally, though we may carry the weight of guilt, sadness, illness, anger. As your story of Luanna shows, these burdens are often adopted at a very young age. Your interaction with her doesn't surprise me. If we ask a child and listen, the child will and communicate the pure truth as he or she sees so clearly. "Mommy forgives, heals, and loves herself"--I say it often, and am off to bed early for a night of connection and exploration. Let's create the shift we want for our world!

Forgiving Ourselves Frees All

Hey you, how ya doing? Great post, started me thinking... I feel the challenge we all have is how to love ourselves selflessly. Society has taught many contradictions and now most people are confused. For example, if you think of yourself first you are selfish, conversely media says buy this, do that, think this for yourself! I really admire Oprah and others in what they have done to help humanity re-learn authentic self love using the outlet of the media. Most people do not get: To thine own self be true, because they are running off the imprint that they are being selfish. Not realizing that when we are kind, gentle and loving to ourselves, we are sending out a global message that we all deserve kindness, gentleness and love.

The other important thing that Gracie learned was to forgive herself even for things that were not of her doing or thinking! We forget that we are all inter-connected on this lovely planet we inhabit. As a result, we are all influenced in some way by what others think/project.

I have seen that self-forgiveness for things projected/imprinted on us via others is powerfully healing. One little affirmation I share is, I forgive, heal and love myself every moment of each day. It is really powerful, it gives to us and the world a message of power and hope. When I use the word power, I am not using it in the same context as its mutated form now. I use the word power in the gift of unity.

Here I go with a story again: A little girl, Luanna, was brought to me from another country. In her short life, she had undergone many painful medical procedures for the disease she had. Her Mother thought somehow I could help. During our visit it was revealed that the Father was an abusive, drug and alcohol user and he left when the child was very young. While her mother relayed this information, I was watching the child and discerned that she was somehow carrying the blame for her fathers' actions and her mothers' subsequent struggle to maintain the household. I asked Luanna if she wanted to talk with me privately, she said yes. The Mother left us for a few moments and I asked Luann why she blamed herself for what happened with her father and how hard her mother worked. She looked at me with huge eyes and said, "maybe if I wasn't born they wouldn't have fought and after I got sick he left". I was stunned. I called the mother in, put my arms around both of them and suggested that they each forgive each other and themselves. I shared the above affirmation, suggesting they use it many times a day. I later heard that Luanna is free from the disease that had been holding her and now she has dedicated herself to helping others.

The power of forgiveness creates Miracles!

Our self-image does seem to be vulnerable at times, whether from the media or what we think we're picking up from our loved ones or associates. Sometimes we feel down and think that others are thinking the worst about us. If we can be our own best friends and know who we are, we can pick ourselves up and remember that not only are we good enough, we are unique in what our soul and life can give to the world. The world needs our gifts and spirit and unique self to unfold. The story of the teenager who remembered what you said and came back to you to learn to show her authentic self to the world inspires. We can fall in love with ourselves and transform our circumstances with that love.

Prophet

There is a saying: "A Prophet has no honour in their own land". In translation, it is sometimes easier to hear and act on suggestions from those that are not related to us. It's challenging these days to see the beauty in ourselves when the media keeps negating who we are and trying to make us believe something else! Maybe finding someone that the girl looks up to is the answer. That person can then share some of their own experiences and gentle guide/show the girl a more positive view of herself. I'll share a story:

I once met a teenage girl via some friends. Gracie was beautiful, very exotic. But in her teenage mind, she saw herself as too tall, too fat, too ugly. I sensed this immediately upon meeting her. So, I told her if you ever want to model let me know. Several years later, she called me. We met and she said she wanted to model I said okay. What are you willing to do for this goal? She said whatever I need to. Are you ready to give up your fear? Yes and she really meant YES! Long story short and months later, she won each pageant she entered, became a contestant for Miss America and placed! She lives the rest of her dreams happily.

Moral of the story, she really found/saw herself which was separate from what anyone else thought or imprinted on her.

I have a good friend of mine that her daughter is a public figure and has a problem. This girl is absolutely gorgeous I mean Demi Moore, Catherine Zeta-Jones gorgeous and she sees herself as ugly and not worthy of any of her accomplishments. what should her mother do, what type of advice can she give her. Her mother is worried because it seems that the behavior is like an anorexic nervosa syndrome, she looks at the mirror and she only sees an ugly girl.

What a great analogy! In reference to your post regarding your friend. Our worst enemy is our innerself. We know what we have to do, but for some reason we have an imprint of fear. It could be the fear of the unknown for most, but coming from a place of having to deal with changes even when I didn't want changes, I have come to the conclusion that we know the outcome of those changes, is that we don't give ourselves permission to explore and we sabotage our lives. You know that for years I wanted to make a career change knowingly that probably I was not going to get remunerated the same way as before, but then I decided to take it and follow your advice of STOP talking about it but to start to do the walk. With that said I believe we just come up with excuses instead of putting ourselves in a place for the universe do its thing...





My advice not only to your friend but for anyone: " Bet on yourself and pay double" .





By the way, I'll trade with you any day for some snow and cold weather.

Top of the Morning

Hey Nadj how is it going? I just knew you would be making some statement about the heat!! Must be that psychic thing again. Would you like to trade places for a few weeks? Got an e-mail from a friend that is in Merida, she fell in love with it and is looking for a place to buy. I directed her to Troncones beach area which is where I will be soon.

Another friend e-mailed with a shout for help. She is at the space/place in her life that is showing her it is not working. Same job for many years creating stress healthwise, family wise, etc. She is afraid to let go in fear she would be making a mistake. I asked her how much more was she willing to allow her fear of making a mistake run her life? I suggested she go into the playground of her mind and create the worse case scenario if she quit her job. She didn't understand. Should I show her how to do it?

Hello From the " Isla del Encanto"

I have to say that I love to be able to share experiences with you all. Well, the latest is that it is quite hot here in the caribbean and after living for twenty some years between Florida and New Mexico I have to say that I miss the snow on top of the Sandia Mountains and Sangre de Cristo. At the same time I'm so glad that I'm back home sharing the daily life with family and giving the opportunity to my children to taste what family is all about puertorican style. It has been a blessing to see my son have his weekly date with his grandfather and my daughter blossoming into a young lady full of love and gratitude for the family that sorrounds her.



I just wonder what life has in store for us and what is the universe telling me. But one thing is for sure and that is that after some many years of absence in my hometown seeing high school friends welcome us with warmth and love is refreshing.

The other day I was contemplating the snow as I looked out my window. Almost everything was covered in the beautiful whiteness. I watched the animals playing, horses running. When I realized I wanted to visit the snow not have the snow visit me. It has been snowing each day since then! A wonderful example of what we focus on can evidence itself in our lives, no?
